At Vayyari Vastram, every product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

NO RETURNS

All purchases are final.
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for size issues, color preferences, fit concerns, change of mind, or incorrect selection.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a valid claim, the following is mandatory:

  • A continuous 360° unboxing video from the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked. The video must be unedited, without cuts or pauses, and clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Claims without the mandatory 360° unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will be automatically rejected.

PRODUCT CONDITION

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and in the same condition as received.

RESOLUTION

Once your claim is verified, Vayyari Vastram reserves the sole right to decide the resolution, which may include replacement (subject to availability) or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric dye lots. Such variations are not considered defects.

Vayyari Vastram reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with the above policy or where sufficient evidence is not provided.
